One of the most commonly asked question is about organic certifciation and wether soaplab has this or not.
The answer is no. (Scroll down for video)
You see organic; unlike ‘natural’ is a certification. Most of the time there is a ‘government body’ that certifies wether the product is organic or not.
Now the problem is; there is no department in Malaysia that has this certification for cosmetic products.
This certification is like how Halal Jakim certification is.
Usually to get this certification one needs to have proper documentation, proper handling, sources, labeling etc.
Now even though SoapLab’s supplier has the organic certification (because they are mostly from outside of Malaysia), when it comes to Malaysia, when we open the packaging and repack it, we can no longer claim that the product is organic; simply because there is no certification for it in Malaysia.
So is the product organic? Yes. But can we claim as its organic? No coz there is no proof.
Now organic and natural is not the same ya. Organic is certification, natural is wether the ingredient is derived from natural ingredients or not.
This is not certification, this is just knowing the source and most SoapLab’s products are natural💪🏼
Hope this helps and if you have any further question; dont hesistate to ask:)
