Agar Agar Cocktail Inspired Melt & Pour Soap Recipe- Fun, Festive, SLS Free Soap Malaysia

Hi guys! Since it’s Bazaar Ramadan season, let’s do something fun and nostalgic—Agar-Agar Cocktail Inspired Soap! 

This reminds me of the colorful agar-agar mix in fruit cocktails, the ones we always see at pasar malam or after buka puasa. But this one, of course, is for your skin, not for makan!

This is a Melt & Pour (MP) soap, using SoapLab’s Transparent Soap Base, which is SLS-free and paraben-free. It’s a fun way to repurpose leftover soap bits (zero waste!) while creating a beautiful, colorful bar.

Recipe

1. 1kg SoapLab’s Transparent Soap Base
2. 50g SoapLab’s Phthalate-Free Honeydew Melon Fragrance Oil
3. Cold Process Soap Ends/Scraps (for agar-agar effect!)
4. Rubbing Alcohol - to spray
5. Silicone Mould

Why I Used What I Used

1. SoapLab’s Transparent Soap Base – SLS-free and paraben-free, making it gentle for your skin while keeping the colors vibrant.
2. Honeydew Melon Fragrance Oil – This fresh, fruity scent makes the soap feel like a refreshing dessert! Plus, SoapLab’s fragrance oils are phthalate-free, so they’re safer for your skin.
3. Cold Process Soap Scraps – Adds that agar-agar cocktail look while making sure we don’t waste good soap!
4. Rubbing Alcohol – Helps remove bubbles and ensures the soap pieces stick well inside the MP soap.
