Mangosteen Brightening Cold Process Soap Making (Free Mini Online Class)

Hi all, Continuing our Mini DIY Class Series on natural brightening soaps, today we’re making the Mangosteen Brightening Soap. This soap is inspired by traditional Asian ingredients known for their skin-enhancing properties.

Mangosteen, often referred to as the “queen of fruits,” is rich in antioxidants and has been used in skincare for its potential brightening effects. Combined with a refreshing Mandarin Lime Fragrance Oil, this soap offers both skin benefits and an invigorating scent.

Perfect for daily use, especially for those seeking a natural glow.

Why I Used What I Used

Coconut, Olive, Palm & Castor Oils – This combination provides a balanced soap bar that’s cleansing, moisturizing, and has a good lather.

Fresh Mangosteen Juice & Extract – Traditional ingredients believed to have skin-brightening properties.

Mandarin Lime Fragrance Oil – Adds a fresh, citrusy aroma that complements the tropical theme.

Saffron & Violet Mica – Skin-safe, naturally derived colors that give the soap a vibrant appearance.

Rubbing Alcohol – Helps to eliminate bubbles on the surface, ensuring a smooth finish.
