Cinnamon-Vanila Body Butter for Stretch Marks and Cellulite Malaysia (Body Butter Kayu Manis Vanilla)

Stretch Mark and cellulite Malaysia
Hi all, today's tutorial is slightly interesting because its kind of my handmade recipe that i used my last pregnancy to get rid of my stretch marks. This pregnancy the tummy is starting to show so time to moisturise it to avoid stretch marks too!. I practically swear by it so i thought of sharing it with you ladies especially those who are pregnant currently or going through confinement. Its very simple to do and you can actually make it with the raw materials you already have at home.
Hi kawan-kawan.

now before i start, make sure all your utensils etc is sterilise. Don't know how to do it? Click on this link here to check out how to sterilise. Since the ingredients doesn't have water content, it does not need preservatives. Click here to read when you need to use preservatives. The ingredients I'm using is as follow: Barangan yang digunukan adalah seperti berikut

  1. 100g Shea Butter
  2. 20g Pure Coconut Oil
  3. 2 sticks of Cinammon
  4. 1 Vanilla bean
  5. Vanilla Extract Fragrance Oil ( As Desired)
  6. 30mL Vitamin E
The shea butter I'm using in this recipe is the African (unrefined) Shea Butter. I prefer that because its still in its raw form. For those who don't know the difference between African (Unrefined) Shea Butter and the Refined Shea Butter, Please click here to view our post on it. Also the oil i prefer coconut oil because it sort of have the antiseptic properties and its also antiimflammatory. Towards the end of pregnancy when the tummy gets really huge, i tend to sweat a lot and itch. this will help to prevent that. Vitamin E in this is for its benefit of getting rid of marks. You can omit this if you don't have marks. You can always change your butter and oil to anything else depending on your preference. This recipe will produce something thats sticky so if you don't want that, you can change the shea butter to mango or cocoa butter (they are drier in feeling), and a lighter oil like Australian Macadamia Oil (avoid this if you are allergic to nuts) or sesame oil to get the less 'heavy' feeling.
So lets start cooking!

  1. Prepare your ingredients. Shea butter and Pure Coconut oil is filled into a heat safe container and melted in the microwave for 30 seconds.

  2. Once melted, mix it using a whisk and put it in the fridge to let it solidify for about 20 minutes.
  3. while waiting, prepare your cinnamon powder by grinding it. Do the same for vanilla pod (you can find this in any major grocery store (baking section)

  4. Once solidify (it will still be a little oily), add your excipients such as Cinammon, Vanilla Pod, Vanilla Fragrance, and Vitamin E and whisk away. Your body butter will be very fluffy and will double up in size.

  5. Done! enjoy rubbing it on your tummy area:-)
