Hi guys, in today's How To we'll be making a great cleansing scrub which will leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted. Perfect for a relaxed Friday evening cleanse after a long week of work!
We start with some mango butter and coconut oil as our moisturizing ingredients. Mango butter is rich in vitamins that help protect and heal skin from sun damage.
We then bring in an ancient Japanese ingredient; ground red beans (aduki beans) which are brilliant cleansers. They penetrate deep into our pores, lifting off dirt and oil easily.
Next is peppermint essential oil which is a known anti-microbial which helps keep acne far away. Not only that, it imparts a cooling effect on the skin and leaves you feeling fresh and uplifted. Evening primrose oil acts as an anti-aging component as it is rich fatty acids that keep your skin looking young and healthy. Once you use this scrub, you'll be wanting it every day!
