Hi guys, we are at our final recipe in the eczema series. This one is a moisturizing salve created for you and your customers who are at the very serious stage of eczema.
One very important thing to remember is that you must never use anything that can potentially make eczema worse, for example any form of fragrance, alcohol based substance etc that can dry out skin further.
For this salve, we use three simple ingredients. To protect and penetrate deep into your skin. Shea butter is a mild but powerful moisturizer. Coconut oil is also moisturizing but in this case we used it because it's anti bacterial and anti inflammatory. With eczema you also want to protect your skin from outside conditions, which is why the salve is important. Beeswax help create the thick consistency of the salve while keeping out the harsh environmental pollutants from making eczema worse.
