Ever wondered how to get refreshed and renewed hair? Especially after chemical treatments, a holiday at the beach, or simply day to day stresses… your hair is bound to look dull and dry. This is exactly why we have this mask today!
It’s a Restorative Hydration Clay Hair Mask to bring your hair back to life from all the stresses. We use the ultra moisturizing shea olive cream base.
Next kaolin clay, which is a very mild clay. It helps remove dirt without causing any irritation or dryness making it suitable as a gentle restorative mask.
For the overall feel, we use Plumeria Fragrance Oil a sweet floral scent that’s calming and fresh. Finally we add in some glycerin to enhance the moisturizing properties of this mask. Have fun!

Ingredients: (makes 200g Scalp Mask)
- 120g SoapLab’s Shea Olive Cream Base
- 80g Kaolin Clay
- 2g Polyquat
- 2g Plumeria Fragrance Oil
- 4g Glycerin
- 10 sprays of Rubbing Alcohol
- 200g storage jar

- In a mixing container, put in 120g SoapLab’s Shea Olive Cream Base.
- Next, add in 80g of Kaolin Clay
- Add in 2g of premixed Polyquat (diluted with 4g glycerin) into the container.
- Add in 2g of Plumeria Fragrance Oil. Use a pipette for easy and accurate measuring & dispensing.
- Using a normal baking spatula, mix cream, clay and oil all together until colour looks equally dispersed throughout.
- Get your disposable piping bag and transfer hair mask into it. This will make an easy transfer from mixing container to storage jar.
- Spray storage jar with Rubbing Alcohol in order to provide a sterile environment for your hair conditioner.
- Fill hair conditioner until it reaches the brim of the jar. Do not overfill as it will spill and overflow when you screw your cap on.
- Screw on the cap and this scalp mask is ready!

- If applying on face, avoid citrus based or sandalwood essential oil as Malaysian weather will cause your skin to be easily sun burnt. Wear sun protection if add these Essential oils.
