How To Make: Caramel chocolate cupcake soap (DIY Wedding Gift Soap)

Looking for an exciting activity for the weekend? Or having a wedding coming up and you want to make your own door gifts? Look no further. Today we will be making a yummy caramel chocolate soap. 

To make the soap you will need to combine an oil mix with lye and distilled water. The oil mix contains coconut, olive, castor and palm oil. Each of these oils provide a wide array of benefits for your skin. Coconut oil has antibacterial qualities which reduce inflammation of your skin. Olive oil, is rich with antioxidants, which leaves your skin supple and radiant. It also is great at unclogging your pores. 

Next, add almond oil, which is rich with Vitamins A and E. This leaves your skin smooth and soft. 

To get the signature chocolate caramel scent, add cafe caramel and dark choc fragrance oil. Have fun!

Ingredients: (makes 6 x 100g soap)

Cake base :

1. 94.5g Coconut Oil 
2. 94.5g Olive Oil 
3. 31.5g Castor Oil 
4. 94.5g Palm Oil 
5. 46.5g SoapLab’s Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) Pastilles 
6. 46.5g Distilled Water  
7. 11g Cafe Caramel Fragrance Oil 
8. 11g Dark Chocolate Fragrance Oil 
9. 5g Synstar Red Mica 
10. 10g Almond Oil 

Cake Icing : 

11. 94.5g Coconut Oil 
12. 94.5 Olive Oil 
13. 31.5g Castor Oil 
14. 94.5 Palm Oil 
15. 46.5 SoapLab’s Sodium Hydroxide (NaOH) Pastilles 
16. 46.5g Distilled Water 
17. 22g Buttercream Fragrance Oil 
18. 3 drops Yellow Liquid Pigment
