Free Recipe: Strawberry Confetti Cold Process Soap (unicorn inspired)- DIY Malaysia

This Strawberry Confetti CP Soap is part of Unicorn Week, and it’s all about fun, colors, and a little bit of sparkle. Instead of a full swirl, we mixed in soap confetti to give that playful, festive look—perfect for gifts or just to make your bath time feel more fun.

But of course, it’s not just about looks. We added strawberry extract, which is known in Asian skincare for brightening and softening the skin. Plus, the Strawberry Champagne Fragrance Oil makes this soap smell fresh, sweet, and a little bit fancy.

Recipe

1. 300g Coconut Oil
2. 300g Olive Oil
3. 300g Palm Oil
4. 100g Castor Oil
5. 144g Sodium Hydroxide
6. 288g Water
7. 10g Titanium Dioxide Mica
8. 50g Strawberry Champagne Fragrance Oil
9. 5g Strawberry Extract
10. Soap Confetti (as decoration)
11. Rubbing Alcohol (to spray)
12. Silicone Mould - 1kg

Why I Used What I Used

1. Strawberry Extract – Traditionally used in skincare for brightening, helps with dull skin, and leaves skin feeling soft.
2. Oil Mix Base (Coconut, Olive, Palm, Castor Oils) – Keeps the soap moisturizing while giving a nice lather.
3. Titanium Dioxide Mica – Makes the soap base bright white, so the colors of the soap confetti pop.
4. Strawberry Champagne Fragrance Oil – A fresh, sweet scent with a little hint of fizz—makes the soap feel luxurious but still fun.
5. Soap Confetti – For that playful, unicorn-inspired look.
6. Rubbing Alcohol – Helps smooth out the top and remove bubbles.
