Free Recipe: Seaweed Rose Cold Process Soap (for detox)

Hi guys! This week is all about beach vibes, and today we’re making Seaweed & Geranium Rose Beach Soap! Inspired by the ocean and coastal flowers, this soap is not just pretty but also super good for the skin.

The main ingredient here is seaweed extract, which has been used for centuries in traditional Asian skincare for hydration and skin renewal. Just like how seaweed thrives in the ocean, it helps keep skin soft, fresh, and glowing!

The colors pulak are inspired by the sea, sand, and tropical flowers—khaki green for seaweed, ocean blue for the water, and a hint of soft red to bring out that coastal beauty feel.

Why I Used What I Used

1. Seaweed Extract – Used in Asian skincare for hydration, it helps keep skin soft and refreshed, especially after sun exposure.

2. Geranium Rose Fragrance Oil – A mix of floral and fresh, smells like a tropical garden by the sea.

3. Oil Mix Base – Made with coconut, olive, palm, and castor oils, so the soap lathers well and cleans without drying out the skin.

4. Titanium Dioxide, Synstar Red, Khaki Green & Ocean Blue Micas – Colors inspired by seaweed, ocean waves, and beach sunsets.

5. Sparkling Plum (Decoration) – Just a little shimmer to make the soap look extra nice, like sunlight hitting the ocean.

Recipe to Make This

1. 300g Coconut Oil

2. 300g Olive Oil

3. 300g Palm Oil

4. 100g Castor Oil

5. 144g SoapLab’s Sodium Hydroxide

6. 288g Water

7. 50g Geranium Rose Fragrance Oil

8. 20g Seaweed Extract

9. 10g Titanium Dioxide

10. 10g Synstar Red Mica

11. 10g Khaki Green Mica

12. 10g Ocean Blue Mica

13. 5g Sparkling Plum (Decorations)

14. 30g Oils (to mix colors)
