Cold process Soap Inspired By 'Mandi Bunga' Free Recipe In Malaysia.

For Local Herbal Week, we had to do a Mandi Bunga Soap! Inspired by the traditional Malay floral bath ritual, this soap is all about refreshing energy, cleansing, and self-care. 

Traditionally, mandi bunga is done using fragrant flowers to wash away negative vibes and invite positive energy.

This soap is packed with Lavender Sage Essential Oil, which helps with relaxation and stress relief, and Rose Flower Fragrance Oil to give it a floral, calming scent. 

We’ve also added rose-shaped melt & pour embeds for that extra touch of luxury.

Perfect for those who love floral scents and want a soap that’s both beautiful and meaningful!

Recipe

300g Coconut Oil

300g Olive Oil

300g Palm Oil

100g Castor Oil

144g Sodium Hydroxide

288g Water

10g Titanium Dioxide Mica

25g Lavender Sage Essential Oil

25g Rose Flower Fragrance Oil

Rose Melt & Pour Soap Embeds

Rubbing Alcohol (to spray)

Silicone Mould - 1kg

Why I Used What I Used

Lavender Sage Essential Oil – Traditionally used to calm the mind and body, helps with stress relief and relaxation.

Rose Flower Fragrance Oil – Gives a sweet floral scent, making the soap feel extra luxurious.

Oil Mix Base (Coconut, Olive, Palm, Castor Oils) – Keeps the soap moisturizing while giving a creamy lather.

Titanium Dioxide Mica – Helps create a clean, white base, making the rose embeds stand out.

Rose Melt & Pour Soap Embeds – Adds a beautiful floral touch to match the mandi bunga theme.

Rubbing Alcohol – Helps remove bubbles for a smooth soap surface.
