Honey (Madu) Glowing Melt & Pour Soap Recipe

This week’s Honey Series is all about that natural glow! Today, we’re making Honey Glow Soap (Sabun Madu Berseri), inspired by the age-old use of honey in skincare for deep hydration and skin softening.

We’re mixing SoapLab’s Transparent Soap Base with the Handmade Three Butter Soap Base to get the best of both worlds – a gentle, moisturizing soap that still looks clear and honey-like! 

The warm honey fragrance makes this feel extra luxurious, perfect for an everyday glow-up!

Recipe

350g SoapLab’s Transparent Soap Base

650g SoapLab’s Handmade Three Butter Soap Base

50g Honey Fragrance Oil

2g Yellow Mica

4g Glycerin

Rubbing Alcohol (to spray)

Why I Used What I Used

• SoapLab’s Transparent & Three Butter Soap Bases – Gives a moisturizing yet clear honey-like effect, while keeping skin soft.

• Madu (Honey) Fragrance Oil – Smells warm, rich, and comforting, just like real honey!

• Yellow Mica – Adds a golden glow, making it look like pure honey in soap form.

• Glycerin – A natural humectant that locks in moisture so skin stays hydrated.

• Rubbing Alcohol – Removes bubbles, making the soap look smooth & professional.
