How To Make: Ginger & Lime Body Scrub

Hi all
Today we will be making body scrubs!

In this recipe ill be using avocado oil for its moisturising effect, and sea salt for its fine exfoliative effect.



This scrub is slightly 'watery' so its suitable to be used on all skin type. its not too course and its perfect for those with dry skin.

To use this body scrub simply apply on skin during shower. gently scrub your skin and rinse. Use its once or twice a week.

P/S: Sea salt and salt needs to be purchased in grocery store by yourself. Can also use normal table salt as alternative.

5. If applying on face, avoid citrus based or sandalwood essential oil as Malaysian weather will cause your skin to be easily sun burnt. Wear sun protection if add these Essential oils.
