How To Make Diamond Soap For Valentines Day.

Hi guys!

Happy Valentines Day!

We’ll be making our own cold process for this, and don’t worry its not going to be boring. It’s a Diamond soap cos you readers are like our diamonds! (corny i know but you are!!;)

Our oil mix has Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, palm oil, and Castor Oil. As you readers must be aware, these oils have so many skin benefits that will protect your skin against aging, and moisturize it too.

Next, we use Bombshell Designer Fragrance Oil for a sultry sexy scent making you feel like a million bucks … or should we say precious as diamonds? The colors we use in this soap are Sparkle Bronze Mica and Titanium Dioxide.

Finally we add in almond oil. It can help reduce acne, heal your dry skin and also protect it from aging. So many benefits! Hopefully this soap makes your Valentine’s perfect!

  1. Combine lye flakes with distilled water carefully. Wear gloves & long sleeves to avoid backsplash getting in contact with exposed skin.

  2. Slowly mix with a whisk until all the lye flakes have dissolved in the distilled water. Solution may become hot, do be cautious.

  3. To bring lye solution to room temperature, place container in a water bath.

  4. Separately, pour your Oil Mix into a heat resistant mixing container. Add in room temperature Lye Water.

  5. Next, use a whisk and mix until it reaches thin trace. Timing of this may vary as the faster you mix, the faster solution will saponify and reaches thin trace.

  6. Add in Bombshell Designer Fragrance Oil into the mixing container. Mix to combine the oil into the mixture.

  7. Add in Titanium Dioxide that has been diluted with 10g of Almond Oil and mix.

  8. Pour 1/4th of the mixture into the silicon mold.

  9. Sprinkle on some Sparkle Bronze Mica onto the soap. Repeat Steps 9 & 10 until mold is full.

  10. Using a whisk, swirl mica and soap together to create a pattern.

  11. Place melt & pour diamond soap on top. Arrange them according to your liking. Leave soap to harden for 24 hours.

  12. Once soap has harden, remove soap from the mold carefully.

  13. Using a soap cutter or a kitchen knife, cut soap into desired size.

  14. Soap will need 4 weeks to cure. After 4 weeks soap is ready to be use (:
