How To Make Brightening Essence For Glass Skin? (Peach, Pinapple & Pomegranate Facial Essence)

lets continue with our glass skin series and today ill be teaching you guys on how to make an essence.
Now as you know; im obsessed in achieving the glass skin and so ive been studying about what the koreans use to get glass skin.

Turns out there are many products that they will use and the reason why they use many products vs having one for all is because when you use a product that is specifically for one reason; it will be more 'powerful' and concentrated vs having a product that does all.

From previous glass skin series; we have made the brightening strawberry facial wash that was meant to cleanse face mildly, and at the same time brightens, the juniper berry exfoliating toner; thats meant to remove dead skin and prepare skin like a blank clean canvas, and the rice and rose serum thats meant to be super moisturising.

Today; we will add another product; an essence.

Essence; unlike serum, is more 'watery' but it's concentrated. it's used after toner; before serum and moisturiser.

The essence today is made using pomegranate extract. Pomegranate extract is a powerful anti oxidant and it helps in producing collagen to give one a youthful appearance. in a clinical trial done; it was shown that using pomegranate extract for skin helps in reversing photo damage as fast as 15 weeks!

Its means that if people like us; who are staying in Malaysia where there is sun exposure all year long; there is chances of us being all wrinkly due to sun damage skin. This pomegranate; when used; will reverse that action! isn't that awesome!

So anyways; in this essence we have also added niacinamide. Niacinamide; as you can see in this article i wrote here; is comparable to hydroquinone for lightening scars and pigmentation. It also helps in brightening one's face with much lesser side effects as compared to hydroquionone.

By using niacinamide for 12 weeks; one could see their skin become healthier; and lighter by one shade! now who wouldnt want this right? Especially now that we are geting 'older' pigmentation scars are starting to come; so using this essence will help to reduce that.

4. 20g Glycerin
5. 5g scent (we like Peach, Pineapple & Ocean FO)
6. 50g Pomegranate Extract
7. 5g Germal Plus (preservative)
