This week’s Honey Series is all about natural ingredients that Malaysians love! Today, we’re making Sabun Madu & Delima, combining the goodness of honey and pomegranate extract.

 In Malaysia & Middle Eastern traditions, delima (pomegranate) is believed to promote glowing skin and improve skin texture, while madu (honey) is well known for its moisturizing and healing properties.

Using SoapLab’s Handmade Honey Soap Base, this soap is SLS-free, giving you a rich, bubbly lather while keeping skin soft. 

Perfect for those who want a gentle, hydrating soap with a sweet, fruity scent!

Recipe

1kg SoapLab’s Handmade Honey Soap Base

50g Palm & Aloe Fragrance Oil

5g Pomegranate Extract

2g Synstar Red Mica

4g Glycerin

Rubbing Alcohol (to spray)

Why I Used What I Used

• Pomegranate (Delima) Extract – Traditionally used for brightening and keeping skin looking fresh.

• Madu (Honey) Soap Base – SLS-free but still foamy, so it cleans without drying the skin.

• Palm & Aloe Fragrance Oil – A fresh, natural scent that smells like a spa.

• Synstar Red Mica – Adds a beautiful pomegranate-inspired color.

• Glycerin – Helps lock in moisture, preventing dry skin.

• Rubbing Alcohol – Removes bubbles for a smooth, professional finish.
