How To Make: Hair Conditioner For Split End (Strawberry & Argan Conditioner)

Hi guys ! Today we’ll be making another simple hair moisturizer for you to try out. And you know whats amazing about our series? Once you get the basics, you can make just about anything you want to suit your needs. 

This recipe here is for a Strawberry & Argan Conditioning Hair Moisturizer that is perfect for preventing split ends, and having soft and smooth hair. Together with the shea and olive base, it truly becomes an all in perfect conditioner for just about every hair type. 

Finally, we use some Fresh Strawberry Fragrance Oil to make this conditioner give you hair that smells as good as it look and add on a little glycerin to lock in the moisture. Done!

Preparation Time : 5 minutes

Total Time : 20 minutes 

Ingredients: (makes 200g Hair Conditioner)

1. 200g SoapLab’s Shea Olive Cream Base 
2. 2g Polyquat
3. 2g Argan Oil 
4. 1.5g Fresh Strawberris Fragrance Oil 
5. 1g Rose Red Mica 
6. 6g Glycerin 
7. 10 sprays of Rubbing Alcohol
8. 200g storage jar

1. In a mixing container, put in 200g SoapLab’s Shea Olive Cream Base. 
   
   
   
2. Add in 2g of Polyquat that has been diluted with 4g of glycerin to the container.
   
   
   
3. Using a pipette, add in 1.5g of Fresh Strawberries Fragrance Oil into the mixing container. 
   
   
   
4. Next, add in 1g Rose Red Mica that has been diluted with 2g of glycerin and has been premixed beforehand. 
   
   
   
5. Add in 2g of Argan Oil. Again, do use a pipette if you feel the need to. 
   
    
6. Using a normal baking spatula, mix cream, mica and oil all together until colour looks equally dispersed throughout. 
   
   
   
7. Get your disposable piping bag and transfer all of the hair conditioner into it. This will make an easy transfer from mixing container to storage jar.  
   
   
   
8. Spray storage jar with Rubbing Alcohol in order to provide a sterile environment for your hair conditioner.  
   
   
   
9. Fill hair conditioner until it reaches the brim of the jar. Do not overfill as it will spill and overflow when you screw your cap on. 
   
   
   
10. Screw on the cap and this hair conditioner is ready for you (:

5. If applying on face, avoid citrus based or sandalwood essential oil as Malaysian weather will cause your skin to be easily sun burnt. Wear sun protection if add these Essential oils.
