Today i would like to show you one of our favorite post from 2014.

 This post shows you how to make your own baby cot insect repellant that is safe, and natural, and the best thing; since its made as a solid 'balm' you can apply it on your skin too!

What Is It?

Its a solid 'balm' that you can hang on your baby's cot/chair etc. Its made using natural butters and oils  so its completely natural and safe. When you hang it; since it has insect repelling essential oil, it will shoo the mosquitos away! Cool right??

Kebanyakkan orang yang whatsapp atau PM Soap Lab Malaysia kat FB ni banyak masalah jerawat dan kebanyakkannya sedang mencari cara untuk menghilangkan masalah jerawat secara natural. Kebanyakkan cream/ gel yang dijual di kedai/farmasi adalah dibuat daripada benzyl peroxide (OXY) dan kadang-kadang boleh membuatkan kulit mengelupas dan kering.
Oleh itu resipi kali ini adalah dengan menggunakan Minyak Pati Tea Tree Oil; ianya lebih natural.

Tahukah anda minyak pati Tea Tree ni memang dah ada ujian klinikal yang dibuat dimana didapati peserta yang menggunakan Tea Tree Oil ke atas jerawat mereka mendapati jerawat terus mengecil dalam masa kurang dari seminggu! Best kan?

Todays post will guide you on how to make your very own natural shaving cream.
This shaving cream is meant to be for both man and women, and it can be used to before shaving on the affected area. Basically you apply this shaving cream on the area you want to shave like a cream after wetting your body ( usually done during shower time) and shave. Wash off the cream after using.
now since im using it during shower, i would prefer my cream to be 'soapy'. But at the same time i want something thats moisturizing as well, making my skin feel silky smooth after shaving.
because of that i have come up with a formulation using two of soaplab's natural bases to create this. So how exactly did i do that? Read on..

Hi all, todays' tutorial has got nothing to do with beauty product but since my toddler is ready to play with colours, i decided to make my very own handmade crayon. It would have been cheaper and easier to purchase those ready made crayons outside. However i don't trust her not putting the crayons into her mouth so to be on the safe side; decided to make it myself:-) Its super easy to make with our ready made base. This base is made using a combination of beeswax, shea butter, mango butter and cocoa butter. Its so natural that you can actually eat it! As for the colour, you can choose to use our Neon Pigment (a FD&C & cosmetic grade oxides) or you can get food colouring (non liquid as it won't mix with the oils). How much to put in? Its up to you. The darker and brighter you want the colour to be, the more you put in:-) i prefer the neons because thats what my kid likes. Feel free to use food colouring like turmeric powder, beetroot powder etc if you want it to be 100% edible:-)
